Perfect application...on the first try!
*** UPDATE *** (see original review below)I've seen comments that their customer service is great, and I want to add my vote in agreement! I sent them an email with a simple suggestion that they include a couple extra "tacky-strips" (they include 1 in the pack for dust removal) since this is a multi-pack. My reason: I applied protector #2 to my wife's phone, but the tacky-strip had been used up on protector #1...so I ended up with a bit of lint I just couldn't remove. Not a major issue, but just a suggestion. They wrote back, not only thanking me for the suggestion, but offered to replace the protector for my wife's phone for free! Now that is great service! The KEY to installing these protectors is getting as low dust environment as you can. Cleaning the phone once is easy, but keeping stray dust and lint out while installing the protector (particularly if you have pets!) is the challenge.Last update: I saw one reviewer comment that the protector is hard to clean and smudges. I have not had that experience. Just like with the "raw" Apple screens, I find that a solid buffing with a soft, cotton cloth (I use an old cotton undershirt!) works great. I've had fingerprint smudges on the protector and using a cloth returns it to pristine condition. It remains to been seen how this protector holds up against scratching and wear, but almost a week of use and I see no marring at all.---- ORIGINAL REVIEW ----I generally don't bother with screen protectors on Apple mobile devices, because the glass is so strong and has a great feel. I've had an iPad for a long time and after a bit of buffing, you would think it brand new even with no protector ever used. That said, when I recently got an iPhone, I elected to go with a protector because it will live much of the time in my pocket, and I did not want to risk scratching from other items also in that pocket (despite my obvious care...this is bound to happen eventually!).I have used screen protectors on other phones in the past...with mixed results. I usually find them tricky to apply, hard to get de-bubbled, and almost invariably see (and feel) such a noticeable difference on the screen that I am somewhat disappointed. But...given the cost of the iPhone, I decided to foray into the protector arena once again.I purposely bought this pack because it comes with 3 screens. My theory: if I screw up (almost guaranteed, I felt), I had a couple of re-tries available. Or, in the best of all worlds, I'd have some spare protectors for future changes (or to pass on to one of my kids!).The result: I am happy to report that this screen protector went on flawlessly on the first try! They have a very helpful video guide included as a link in their packaging. Admittedly, putting one of these on is not rocket science, so a video may seem like overkill. But the fact that they even had one spelled "quality outfit" to me, and the video - only ~2 min - was surprisingly helpful despite having done this before on other devices!Anyway, with their prep-materials (cloth and tacky tape), I managed to get the very first one on with no hairs, no lint, and only a handful of tiny bubbles that easily pushed out to the side. I even managed to align it properly - though admittedly that is a fair amount of luck to get it on the first try.Once installed, the protector is indeed pretty much invisible. The only obvious evidence that I have one (unless you look very closely) is the fact the screen surface is now plastic. It is high quality and a good surface, but it will take a tiny bit to adjust to the slightly higher finger-drag compared to the original glass surface. But I feel it is worth it at this point, to protect that gorgeous screen!I would buy these again in a second: good quality, great price, and easy to get right.I cannot yet speak for longevity. I will revise this at a later date if it doesn't meet my expectations.

Installation - Fabulous!
Most low ratings I read had a lot to do with the results of installation. This 5-start review is strictly a reflection of my installation results. I'll provide another review of how this performs over time.I read people calling this product a "dust magnet"... and since dust is the primary reason for "bubbles"... its understandable why those people were unhappy with it. I think most/all protective film (and their adhesive quality to stick to the phone) will be a magnet. So those kinds of comments really goes without saying.Regardless... I was able to install this on my wife's new iPhone 5S without any problem. I think this is such a great product from what seems to be a reputable company. The packaging and what's included is impressive... given it's one $7! They give you everything you need to be successful in the installation - microfiber cloth, card, dust removal tape. And they have a great website with video on how to install. And I think the number of reviews and average rating of this product really reflects the true quality of the product.Anyway... I provide this review to give some tips in ensuring your installation goes well, too.So I'm not sure where people went wrong who are unhappy with their install results. You do have to patient, steady hands, etc... all goes without saying with things of this nature. But most of all, you just have follow their instructions and tips. For example... in their video, it suggestion doing the installation in the bathroom... where there's least amount of dust. Running the hot shower to steam up the room helps to subdue any dust in the air.If you follow the instructions and tip... it's hard to miss. The rest is just patience. Here's a tip I can give. Once you've followed their tips and instruction... when you start to stick the film onto the phone... have the dust removal tape near by. Now lay the film onto the phone... very slowly... starting on one edge of the phone. It's difficult to ensure perfect alignment doing it this way, but bear with me.As you lay down the film and as it sticks to the phone, if there are any tiny dust particulars at all... it will bubble up immediately. If that happens:1. STOP (and hold your position!).2. Backup (lift up) the film just slightly (just before the bubble appeared. You should be able to see the dust particle (either on the film or on the phone).3. With one hand holding the film up... use the other hand to grab the tape and slide it between the phone and film with the sticky side of the tape facing where the dust particle is (on the phone or the film). Dab the tape to get the dust.4. Proceed to lay the film again.5. Repeat Step 2 and 3 if you come across another dust particle. If at the end, you're a little bit misaligned, just lift up the film (all the back), readjust, and lay it down again.

Packaging is gud but product is average
Comes with great packaging and items included but since it is plastic scratches do come and protection is compromised so go for tempered glass....

A+ Customer Service!
I had issues installing the first batch I ordered (it was my first time). The first attempt was a total failure, the second one had a visible speck of dust, and the last attempt covered a very tiny part of my front camera, enough to cause a flare when used in a bright setting. All of these were my fault because I did not spend enough time reading the tips and instructions. I emailed Tech Armor about this without expecting that they would send me another batch for free, after all, it was my fault that I could not properly install a screen protector with three tries. The customer service responded within a day and shipped the replacement the next day. I have installed the replacement without problems and I am very happy about it. It attracts dusts and fingerprints easily but it's nothing a good microfibre cloth won't fix.
