The item was exactly as described, was shipped and arrived quickly and its condition (Like New) was even better than expected.

Bestimmt nicht für Jedermann
Vorab: diese Ausgabe ist sehr wertig mit Metallteilen etc., ich würde sagen eine Luxusedition.Wie in anderen Rezensionen zu lesen, geht es darum, allein durch Absprachen, ohne Würfeln oder Zufall, das Spiel zu gewinnen. Im Prinzip Risiko, aber man einigt sich, wer welche Züge macht (dh Bündnisse), und wer die meisten Armeen in einer Provinz zusammenbekommt, gewinnt.Das Problem ist zunächst mal, es dauert ewig. Man stelle sich vor, bei Risiko müsste vor jeder Runde (hier sind alle zugleich dran) eine Absprache stattfinden, wer was macht. Das kann ein langes Hin und Her werden, Ende immer offen. Kann 10 oder 40 Stunden dauern - oder noch länger, es steuert nie zwingend auf ein Ende zu.Das weitere Problem ist, man braucht viele Mitspieler. Optimal sind 7. 5 geht zur Not. Weniger ist Mist. Wann hat man mal 7 Leute für zB 20 Stunden. Ich habe es im Endeffekt 1mal gespielt, nicht zu Ende, dann irgendwann verkauft.Drittens - das finde ich - ist es bei so reinen Kommunikationsspielen immer das Problem, dass alles sich gegen den Führenden verbünden und sich dann alles einigermaßen im Kreis dreht.

I would actually give 3.5 starts, but better err on the side of kindness :)
some of pieces broke (shattered) just by touching them. not the fault of the seller who kept them in the originalplastic - but age, apparently, isn't kind to those lovely pieces. so just a warning to others. maybe it is worth themoney to invest in a brand new set... which is hard to do, given that this is a historical release...
