Q: Does the wire hanger swivel/rotate and adjust so that it can hang either perpendicular or parallel to the exhaust pipe?

The hanger can adjust vertically. I assume it would hold a pipe parallel providing it had proper support. Overall it is well made and durable.

Q: how long is hanger rod i need 9 in from bottom of pipe to top of hanger rod

The Hanger rod is 10 inches long end to end.

Q: Could you make this work for 2.25 pipe

It might be snug if you make a sleeve out of a 2.5 pipe about 2in long & slide it over the 2.25 pipe till it’s in the hanger.

Q: Will it fit a 2007 Mazda 3?

This will basically fit any car have one on my gmc and one on my 15 si
