Absolutely stunning book. It's huge too, and all the better to see the fantastic illustrations. An absolute treasure of a book that I will love for many years to come. I may be a little biased as I love botanical illustration, but I would honestly recommend this to absolutely anyone. Would make a brilliant present for a child that's interested in plants, a parent that wants to give a meaningful and inspiring book to their child, or really, anyone of pretty much any age interested in nature.Bargain at this price and I'd happily pay double. Now I just need to buy the other books in this range!

As a plant fanatic it was so nice to discover this book! I first saw it at Kew Gardens but they had sold out! It’s absoutely stunning, the illustrations alone are a marvel to look at, but the information is fantastic too. If you love plants and botany then this book is a MUST!!!

This book is stunning! The artwork, information and paper quality are phenomenal! I feel like I seriously underpaid for the quality of this book and its huge! I love everything about it so much so I've ordered the version on the planets and have dropped more than a few hints to my family about the series for Christmas 😂. I would say this covers some interestingly complex topics so if you're thinking about getting it for a child it might be okay if theyre secondary age or above, some prior knowledge is required. But I love love love it could not reccomend enough!

I ordered this book as the illustrations are amazing. I must add to those who fall in love with the book as i did at first reviewing and didn’t read on the reviews before purchasing, that this book is BIG it’s not one that will fit in your handbag it’s the size of an atlas. I love it as it makes the whole book easier to love and admire all the illustrations.I can’t wait to flick through all the pages! :)

Absolutely beautiful book. Bought one for my dad last year, amd then one for my mother in law this year. I love this way of bringing the museum to those of us who cant get to london easily. This would be good for anyone with an interest in plants and nature from about 12 years up, although its got so many pictures, that you can easily go through it with a much younger child too. Good quality binding, quite a large format, and the hardback is heirloom quality. Perfect presents for those difficult to buy for family members. I shall be thinking of others in the range next christmas at gifting time.
