I never write reviews but i have to for this product. I absolutely adore this carrier. Not the most stylish but the most functionable! I bring my little furbaby everywhere (as I am a realtor and am constantly in the car driving to appointments and holding open houses) and this little bag works wonders! It is sturdy and comfortable for my little 8 lb pomchi and you can easily expand it in under a minute making it time efficient as well. The zippers are made pretty well and I have not had a problem with them like I have the other carriers I have bought. The suitcase slip is soo convenient for traveling and makes sure that she is sturdy on my carry on luggage. Sometimes I only open one side wing when in the car so she has more space in there but when both sides are open, she has ample space and is more than comfortable. The interior is soft and easy to clean. I love this bag and ive recommended it to 5 people already and they all love it too! My only suggestion to improve it would be to add another pocket that can be zipped for your keys or phone or credit cards as I take the bag as my main bag as well when I am out and about and dont need a laptop. Other than that, it is perfect!

The media could not be loaded. Flew roundtrip on JetBlue from NOLA to NE to pick up my puppy, brought him home in carrier slide under the seat in front of me. He weighed 11 lbs. and was a bit long, so just fit when curled up in sleeping position. While in terminal, I opened the sides and let him stretch all about. Perfect solution - that I researched heavily to make sure it would be accepted on plane. Also purchased 2 extra pee pads, not knowing if needed - they were not used and puppy never soiled carrier, thankfully as it made us both more comfy! I had not met my boy in person, only via pictures and description from Foster Mom and he turned out a bit longer than I expected. Thankfully he was small when curled in sleeping position - which he stayed in for entire flight. This was a blessing as we were really cutting it close. I put various pics in so you could see his size stretched out and curled up, as well as in the carrier.Here are the best tips I got from others and proved right on the money:1. When your pet is in the carrier, it's much heavier than you think - especially carrying it around the airport. It can be a long way from your car to your seat on the plane and you are not completely hands free even using the shoulder strap. You still need to stabilize while walking by using your hands. If you have a carry on, problem solved, slide the carrier onto the handle of your suitcase "on wheels". If no suitcase, bring a dolly; something on wheels that can collapse. You only get two carry-on's, so choose wisely. I put the pup under my seat and brought a backpack and slid the dolly into it for overhead storage.2. Choose middle seat as space under seat in front of you has more room. (Not true with JetBlue - I had an aisle seat thankfully).3. Choose a carrier with multiple openings so that one of them is sure to fit your purpose depending on size of pet. It's nice they can enter from the side but pop their head out of the top.4. Leave carrier out from under seat just a bit if you can get away with it - airline attendant had no problem - so that pet isn't stifled underneath seat. If pet is small you prob don't have a big issue with this.5. Make sure carrier can collapse a bit but still have some type of sturdiness for use when not on the plane - you don't want the ceiling coming down on your pet!Highly recommend - great quality and good info with pics and measurements so I could make my choice.

I only gave a 3 because if the animal has an accident, it soaks through to whatever is under the bag and then it did not survive the gentle cycle of my washer. At $40/each and a bag for each cat, I was hoping it would last longer. So understand that this bag may be great for you - just prep for an accident and don't run through the washer.I ordered a few different carriers before settling on this one and it was my favorite. Sturdy, love the zip outs except for the zipper being on the inside of one of the zip outs making it a little difficult to manage but not a deal breaker by any means. I still ordered two of these and sent the other back. Even did a test run across town to be sure the cats would be ok.After a 5 hour drive with a cat in their own bag, we arrive and I take the bags out - one on each shoulder and can feel my dress on each of my hips getting wet. Both cats were so anxious they urinated in the bags and it soaked through - the worst part is that soaked through to the breathable leather seat in my car. I removed the covering from the bottom plate, put both bags in a gentle cycle with vinegar, borax, baking soda, and the Lysol antibacterial wash and prayed for success since it hadn't been too long. The bags don't have an odor but did not fare well in the washer - both were rendered useless with a tear in one side and the piping came out of the other bag.

I bought this carrier bag for my cat as we were travelling from the UK to Cyprus. It's the perfect size, and it fitted perfectly underneath the front sit in the airplane. In total she spent around 10 hours in the carrier bag and she didn't seemed to be bothered at all. The fur sides and bottom floor of the bag can be flipped over in case your cat doesn't like too much warmth and there are some clips to keep the zips secured in case your animal tries to escape.The carrier bag is always open in the living room as she enjoys to sit in it! I would 100% recommend this

This was a great product that I use at least once per week to transport my shih tzu. He is around 5 kilograms and I have had not problems with the straps or base supporting him. I love that the sides open, as travelling can sometimes be stressful for him and the extra space is great! The quality of this item is also spectacular, as there are a few scratches on the inside but have not changed the exterior at all! The only thing that I dislike is the bedding at the bottom, which is slowly 'shedding' particles of fabric. They are small and don't bother me, but it makes me wonder how long it will last. Apart from that, great product that I would definitely recommend.
