Great for single serving, more like 2 servings per pan
Great little pans, seem to be made of quality materials. I am not a baker, use mostly box mixes. I do find it infuriating that baking volume is not specified, or rather how much batter each pan holds. I didn't take off a star because none of these little pans on Amazon specifies, but sure would be helpful. I wanted these to make single serving or cake for two. I took a chance on this size & it is about as perfect as you can get!I did a couple of trials to figure out how much batter and am including in this review in hopes of helping others determine how much batter and/or how many of these pans to buy for your particular needs.I split a boxed cake mix in thirds using a kitchen scale, then divided ingredients into thirds. I sprayed pans with Pam, filled each with batter right up to the diamond shapes & baked. Cakes came out perfectly & rose just to the top of the pans. Cakes popped right out, kept their shape, were delicious & pans cleaned up easily.Pillsbury sugar free devil's food cake153 g mix (1/3 box)1/4 c + 2 tbs + 2 tsp water2 tbs + 2 tsp oil1 eggbeat with hand mixer medium speed for 2 minutesDivide batter equally between 2 bundt pans (right up to diamond shapes)Makes roughly 11.1 oz batter or 1.4 cupsBaked 2 bundts in toaster oven set on baking pan 23 minutes at 325°FNext time I will try freezing batter in one bundt to defrost & bake later for portion control. I really love these little bundts & are exactly size I was looking for! I would purchase these again & highly recommend!

Affect Taste
This is my first experience with silicone in the kitchen, so maybe it is par for the course that food tastes different when prepared with it. I made Jello multiple times in the pair I ordered, plenty of time for a factory taste to wear off, but each time the aftertaste was unpleasantly noticeable. It's back to glass Jello molds for me.

I am pleased with the baking product
I have only used them twice, both times for cornbread. I am pleased with the baking product. This was my first silicone baking pan and I quickly learned that the shelf grid in my oven required me to put the bundt pans on a pizza pan to keep then from tipping between the bars of the oven shelf. That did not seem to affect the baking time much, but I went bby color on the top rather than time anyway. I plan to get some "Jiffy" cake mixes and try them next.

DO NOT FILL IT TO THE BRIM
I borrowed a recipe and stacked these two in my Mini Instant Pot. My mistake was that I filled the cake mike to the top, not like in the photo. The cake expanded in both bundt pans and I got the BURN Warning on Mini Instant Pot.They were partially cooked. I finished it in the oven with no problem. They should work well and PROBABLY can be stacked in a Mini Instant Pot with foil between the bundt pans. The cake tasted good.FYI - these are mini bundt pans.
