I would love to get a replacement for the product i got as it was promoted that it has 4 ways of access which are physical key, passcode, access card and biometric fingerprint.Unfortunately, the fingerprint didnt work and its kinda useless to have a smart doorlock that doesnt have fingerprint reading capabilities.I tried what is mentioned in the user manual and followed steps on videos found on youtube but still didnt work.Please replace the handle with a working one, send me a working one that has been tested!!I need 3 more door handles, if the one youll send will work i might get the rest from you.Appreciate your prompt feedback.Thanks

Can you please share a video on how to install this product? I have now spent 1 month having different carpenters and handy men trying to fix it with no luck. This has incurred way too much cost and time. The inner lock is not compatible with the product and no one can figure out how to install it correctly as the lock bolt does not work. Also, once the orientation is switched the outside handle is not able to control the lock. Urgently awaiting your feedback.

Amazing lock works perfectly with my wooden door setup was not too bad just needed a lock specialist
