Factory Style Spoiler for The Elantra Painted in The Factory Paint Code of Your Choice 509 RNZ

I'll start with the fact that it is 2018 and I purchased my car in 2012 (it is a 2013 GLS). The car has never seen a garage and the spoiler that I received was a perfect color match. I am pleased with the way it looks on my car. I am one of those do-it-yourselfers...so after watching 900 videos on how to install a spoiler, I was ready. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that there was not enough alignment strips for the holes in the spoiler (6 mount holes and 1 hole for the wired brake light - there were only 6 alignment strips included). This caused a bit of a misalignment and I pinched the wire and it didn't work...took it back off (which killed me - it was bad enough I had to drill 7 holes in my paint job, but then I had to remove the spoiler to make the new hole less than a millimeter from where I originally drilled. Once back on and the brake lights worked, I was back to happy...so deducting one star for having to remove it to re-align. The spoiler itself is factory looking and since the paint matches, you can't tell that it didn't come with the car...that is the most important fact aside from me LOVING the way it looks on my car. It brought life back to my car for me - after almost 6 years, it's either time for some upgrades or a new car...so spoiler king - you spared my wife the car shopping experience - Thanks! If you're wanting to do this, this price point and quality is a no brainer. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, you should definitely seek a professional who will most likely charge you the same or more than you paid for your spoiler. You have to also make holes under the trunk lid to fasten the screws to the bottom of the spoiler - that was nerve racking too, but doable...I had touch up paint, so I painted all the places I had to drill into the metal...that made me feel better also. The wire is easily hidden, but make sure to leave slack for when the trunk lid is opened/closed, I ended up adding wire for that reason since I wired into the 3rd brake light. Doing that allowed me the length to hide the wire in the carpeting of the car and if you didn't know I added it, wouldn't be able to spot the work...I will add pictures for this review shortly.

Firstly, the price is amazing. Secondly, it matches my car spot on. Thirdly, my father and I were able to install with no issues. Only pain in the butt was routing the taillight wire through the spoiler and out the small hole. But we got it!

very nice spoiler beautiful paint and nice color match for zu3 would be nice if they would install third brake light in it its kinda sucks trying to fish the wire through it lucky I had the right tools other wise good luck lol the patterns are great was a little tough getting the screws into the spoiler with out dropping into the inside of deck lid for sure use a strong magnetic screw driver for this otherwise nice fit looks great !

Great product, took couple hours to install. Be sure to use the plastic peices to mark holes and tape them down, pretty nifty. I ran wire down trunk hinge and connected to rear window brake light. As long as you take your time to get it positioned correctly your good to go.

Perfect color match, perfect fit...instructions are a little sketchy...youtube video helped a lot...so far so good...how they matched the paint color is beyond me...remember, you must travel at 70mph or more to reap the full benefits of this spoiler! Pictures coming soon.

WOW!!! The spoiler has changed the look of my Hyundai Elantra. The paint color matched the original factory color perfectly. I have received numerous comments. The instructions were not the best, so I had it installed professionally. After install the right LED bank did not work and contacted the seller who shipped a replacement to me immediately. It was reinstalled and works great. In spite of the defective LED light, I have given this 5 stars for the prompt service from the seller. LOVE MY ELANTRA'S NEW LOOK.

Bought this after reading several reviews and looking at the photos for my 2014 Elantra just had it installed at a shop took them about an hour and a half but turned out very nice color match perfect to my desert bronze.If I run into problems down the road (pardon the pun) I'll update my review.

I love my new spoiler it really brought my Black Beauty to life. The instructions was not helpful, but my husband is good hands on took about 1 hour to install

La pièce est correct mes j'ai dû faire des trou 🕳 pour que sa fit c'est pas la même chose que le spoiler que j'avais avant et il est plus petit que l'original. Et il se dépose pas à 100 %sur la valise je doit mettre du cilicone pour pas que l'eau s'infiltre dans ma valise.
