Q: Can you combine it with water based airbrush foundation to get a more water-proof wear?

No. In order to guarantee that mixing two foundations will work, you need to make sure the bases are the same. In this case, silicon is the base and it will not mix well with water. Water based airbrush foundation like Kett still wear 12-15 hours and perform better in extreme temps and can be made more water resistant by mixing cinema secrets super sealer or Ben Nye final seal. The only true waterproof coverage is alcohol based coverage. While not recommend for the face, can be used in special instances to create absolutely waterproof looks.

Yes that is exactly what it is for. You can vary the product amount depending on how much color you want to apply. I generally use a 50/50 mix of makeup and the medium. Temptu rocks!!!
