Q: For the seller: How long does the heartbeat last?

The heart comes with 2 - AAA batteries, and you can expect the batteries to last 3 weeks straight when used continuously (and much longer if you turn the heart off when not in use). The batteries can be easily replaced as needed. Thank you!

Q: Are the heat packs that come with the kitty calmeroo reusable or or are they 1 time use only?

Thanks for your question! They are disposable, one time use heat packs which will last 36 hours each. You can temporarily pause the heating process by placing the heat pack in a zip loc bag with air removed, since they are activated by air. When ready to use again, simply remove the heat pack from the zip loc bag and place back in the Calmeroos pouch.

No odor to the stuffed animal - very soft and soothing/cuddly
