I returned this case as it is too big for my iPhone 8. I want a replacement or the refund. It’s almost 15 days since I returned. But no news

Judging by the price compared to the lifeproof brand I thought it would not compare to higher expectations. However. I personally like this case more than my previous life proof on. Submerged in water for 10 minutes there was not a single bumble that submerged nor a drop of water inside the case. It it very slim which I like and incredibaly durable. Being a mechanic I toss my phone around the shop like a tool and this case has not let me down. One time it was dropped from the 2nd story level of the storage loft and not a single crack to the screen. My favorite features are the independent volume control button which are more sensitive than lifeproof and the ringer mute is converted to a dial you turn making it extremely convenient when my hands are greasy. I have to problem giving this a 5 star review...very well crafted case.

THIS CASE IS COMPLETE JUNK!I bought this case for the great reviews and such. First of all, i have no idea what case y’all are talking about! I have had this case on my phone for a little over a month. My phone dropped (not even 3feet) on Sunday and my screen shattered INSIDE the case! No worries though, the case isn’t damaged 🙄I have now been fighting with both Amazon and this seller for almost a week to get SOMEONE to agree to help pay to fix my phone screen and the earpiece that is now messed up on it. Today, i just now got amazon (not this seller) to agree to pay! I tried to post pics of my actual conversation (3 emails) with this seller, but funny how my pics won’t post now... hmmm! They agreed to refund $20. $20! I’m sorry, but $20 is NOT going to fix ANYTHING that YOUR CASE was suppose to PROTECT!!Buy a LIFEPROOF case instead! I can guarantee AMAZING and quick service... I’ve experienced it first hand! Cost a little more but your sanity will thank you!THIS CASE IS NOT SHOCKPROOF!THIS CASE IS NOT LIFEPROOF!DO NOT BUY THIS CASE!!
