I don’t normally wrote reviews, but I love this stuff.Even though I drink a lot of water each day, I would regularly get lightheaded and feel like I was about to pass out if I stood up too quickly.I usually add a scoop to my water 2-3 times per day, and no longer have issues when I stand up! Not to mention that I think it makes the water taste more refreshing.When I’ve order this in the past, I have occasionally received product with a few clumps in it, but most of the time there’s none. When there are clumps, I’ll shake the container a lot, store in the refrigerator, and (if needed) use the other end of the scoop to chip away at them.

Keeps me in healthy!

i've been trying to find a good electrolyte product for my needs and a friend recommended this. It's excellent quality and very mild tasting. The only thing I'm concerned about is that if I continue to use it a few times a day it I'll go through it pretty fast and the cost will become prohibitive.

These are great. They seem like a good bargain, and they aren’t full of fillers and a bunch of crud. Great for people with sensitive systems.

Did not like the taste.

I researched several options before choosing this product. It's overall tasteless and blends well in most drinks. I have used several products from this brand and though somewhat higher priced then the competition the quality is fantastic.

I like it because I do not like all the additives in the traditional hydrates. It really doesn't have much of a taste and when you are thirsty. it quenches the thirst.

Once I added the suggested 1 scoop of powder to 8 oz. of water and stirred it well, the mixture was not drinkable the taste was so bad.
