We really loved our 2 single irons from Camp Chef so we decided to try out the double iron and they work just as great. We are a family of four and it can take awhile to get enough food to feed everyone just by using the single irons. The double iron is (as expected) twice the size of the single iron and has a "lip" down the center to divide the cooking space into two individual spaces. The first thing I cooked in them were some cinamon rolls (from the can) and they worked out perfectly! This item would not work out for people who are looking to cook larger items such as a chicken breast or sausages because of the center lip but it did not make a difference for what I was cooking. There are also several great recipes written on the inside of the cardboard packaging that they come in so don't throw that away. Very easy to clean too, just wipe with a wet towel after they cool and everything comes off. Overall I love all of my Camp Chef Irons and I highly recommend them.

Flimsy stick for a heavy pan. Cooks well. But not sure how long it will last due to flimsy handle.

I should have read the description closer. It appears that you are getting two pie irons, but only one is sold. It's very heavy and you would have a hard time holding over flames for any length of time.

I should’ve believed the other reviews- unless you have arms like Thor and can lift this Hammer for 2 minutes each side and finding a small bread to fit that would also be a problem.

There work o.k. The shape makes it odd to put two sandwiches together as they have to be trimmed before putting into the iron. Also, these are very deep so the sandwich does float around a bit, rather than being squashed like the irons I'm used to. Note, these are treated with some kind of oil to prevent rust and must be cleaned thoroughly with soapy water or your first sandwich will taste like oil (don't ask :).

Very, very small. You could barely fit a piece of white bread inside. Handles are very flimsy. Very disappointed in product. Was shipped promptly and arrived on time.

Loved our cooker, but used it 3 times and the bar that locks it closed broke leaving it useless. We will buy another just not this brand
