Did The Trick !
Was looking for something to distract our SCREAMING Cockatoo and this did the trick! It amazingly distracts him when (as this type of bird does) he gets into one of his screaming fits. Just show it to him and he QUIETLY sits on it for hours. Eventually he gets distracted from the egg and starts interacting with the environment again. We don't leave it with him permanently, that wouldn't be fair, and he'd lose interest. Just introduce it when he's having a meltdown as a short-term distraction.

Imitation African Grey Eggs
My African Grey kept laying eggs that I took away because I was afraid they would rot or crack. I let my bird sit on this egg for about a week. And then she was okay, and didn't lay any more eggs.
