Necessity for Safe Lifting
After an almost 20 year hiatus, I’ve restarted my fitness journey. I lost almost 60 pounds with HIIT workouts and dumbbell lifting and feel safe to start lifting heavier weight via barbell workouts. I got my weights and bar for the home gym, did my first squat workout and realized after the second set that I was missing a weight belt. I used one religiously in my teens and early 20s for safety and in my 40s this is a required piece of PPE when lifting.I quickly researched and ordered this product because of the various sizes and colors (black and medium for me), solid materials, and the price. After a few months of use the verdicts is in and this product is exactly what I needed. I’m squatting in the low 200s 10-12 reps and can speak to its performance for those who lift for fitness. Heavy weight is no longer my goal so this is perfect. It’s a solid product with easy adjustments, solid comfort and performance. I would buy it again but I think this will last many years and I doubt I’ll need another.

Perfect
Exactly what I was looking for. I had been using an E26 belt but lost weight and it was too big. Bought this one instead. Literally the same quality. It works better just because it's newer and not beat up. I'm sure both new would be the same thing.

Sturdy Belt at a reasonable price. Read size details before ordering. Not your pants size. Had to exchange mine for correct size and its great.

Perfect size and great material
My waist has always been tiny even as my hips and butt grow. I've been looking for a gym belt to fit my tiny waist and this is more than I can ask for. Perfection in every way, great for my waist and back support in the gym..

Great product, unless you're lifting insane weights, this will do perfectly fine for the majority of lifters.

Great quality, hard to tighten
Overall, this belt gets the job done. It’s very affordable, and the material is high quality and durable. However, the locking mechanism makes it difficult to properly tighten, and I feel like it impedes the amount of support it’s able to give during heavy squats.
