Worst safe
I have to resort to using a key as the code doesn't work even after resetting it several times. I am not sure why there is a constant error message. Have to leave a message for customer service a couple of times as they don't answer the phone.Prior to this I had had a safe for 20 years without any issues. Newer is definitely not better.

Safe is great quality and great for the price
Safe is great quality and great for the price. It was hard to make a decision on which type of safe I wanted. This safe is big enough to hold your items you need secure, but small enough and not to heavy to work with. Honeywell makes a great productThank you,Mike

Damage and late delivery
Received item damage and door was off track.

Disappointing
Liked the size and the slot feature. Arrived with a dent in the side.But what really surprised me was the fact that the emergency keys have one combination. anyone who has one of these safes can open everyone elses. Whats the chance of that? very small. But, still doesn't sit well with me.I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Lock broke within 6 months
First the electronics went bad, then the key refused to work. Tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and nothing works. Junk

Low quality, works randomly
The push button keys will sometimes just not work for no apparent reason, new batteries and all.After having this safe for only a couple of weeks, the door started jamming.Every time you lock the safe, you have to punch in a code. That is then the code you must use to open it, so you get screwed up if you accidentally enter the wrong code without realizing.I have a Sentry Safe, it's much better. I would NOT recommend buying this piece of junk.
