Wrong Size Delivered - Cannot Be Replaced??
We ordered this women’s hat for our grandma for Christmas but youth size hat was delivered. Now that I’m trying to replace the item and it doesn’t seem like there is any option other than to get refund. Since I bought this hat when it was on sale...it will cost us 50% more to get the right size. (Click-and-bait, anyone??)

Can use without ponytail hole
I really wanted this hat with the folding brim but was hesitant because I am a pony tail girl some days, and others put my hair up in a bun. I found that I can easily pull my hair through the adjustable strap when I'm willing to give up some neck protection. On bun days there is plenty of room for me in the top and get full neck protection.

Poor fit
Dont trust the measurements given. This was way too small and cheaply made. Returned it.
