As others have already said. The colour comes off the handles making the set look horrible and not something you'd want to have on display but rather stick hidden away in the drawer. Very disappointed. The utensils themselves are still in good order, but the condition of handles ruins the look entirely. Had them for 11 months only and looking to get in touch with Morphy Richards to resolve. Not happy.UPDATE - When I bought these they came with a 5 year guarantee. Initially Amazon were difficult and told me to contact Morphy Richards to resolve the issue. Morphy Richards correctly advised that the first 12 months of the warranty was with Amazon. I've just contacted Amazon again, and have been told to return the utensils for a refund.

Bought these for my new kitchen. Disappointed that the red colour has come off after just 2 washes. My kitchen isn't completed yet and already looks old as the colour is off. For the price you would expect it to last. Haven't had time to use the others yet.

For 23 GBP you get 5 handles. Most of them look ok.They arrived well packaged and protected and somehow the handles have minor scratches. One utensil has imperfections on the edge of the metal. Like the machine creating it, gave up at the end.The biggest disappointment is the Holder/base.The spatula and spoon while they are hanging, they reach the bottom and touch the floor/ground/kitchen counter. I am not kidding, someone at Morphy at some point saw this and decided it was acceptable.I don't understand why they didn't make the Base 2 cm longer or the utensils shorter.Instead you have to slightly manually bend the spatula and spoon so it will not touch the counter while hanging.Holder/Base is also easily scratched. If you use/remove and hang the utensils a few times you will immediately see scratches.

The paint flakes off will replace with diff make gutted now cracked brought in jan they are loose at handles paint scratch off when washing up and tostar i wiped it over and numbers etc rubbed off yearly update the handles have fell apart ask about a replacement refund as I bought the whole morphy kitchen range was to to send it all back so I decided to keep it id avoid at all costs cheap made products I actually like the brand till I kitted out my kitchen with it and psints flaked of everything the toaster the number rubbed off with my finger 1 after buying it so I have to guess the toaster setting avoid avoid avoid

Happy enough with the product but make sure you have a proper patato masher. I've had this design of masher before and they are useless. I have another masher now that is much stronger and don't use the one that came with this set normally. I used it once last week as I couldn't find the strong one. It more or less bent after the first couple not mashes. Not fit for purpose but it's the design of the thing that make them so fragile. Nice set otherwise.
