This is a good-sized, finely detailed statue of the Buddha in a serene, meditative pose. The colored tinting of the Buddha's clothing is fairly subtle but blends well with the overall look. This Buddha statue is beautiful and radiates the peaceful tranquility of deep meditation. It is fairly lightweight but seems sturdy enough and has a stable, wide base. It was shipped from Agra, India which is the home of the Taj Mahal and arrived surprisingly quickly after the order was placed. Customer Service was outstanding. This wonderful statue of the Buddha would be a great addition to one's meditative area at home or office.
