Q: Does it have a cooling effect?

It dissolves endothermically so there is a slight cooling effect if you put it on your tongue and are paying attention. We have never found this an issue. I use it on cereal and have never noticed that the milk feels colder than normal. We do find that if we use 100% in things like custard with melted sugar on the bottom, it does not seem to stay fully liquid so we use about 50/50 sugar for that.

I love Lakanto monkfruit sweetener. I received my order today. It was advertised as pack of 2 and yet only 1 packet was delivered to me! This is not acceptable!
