Really recommended this book for the bakers who like Korean style buttercream flowers. I subscribe her Youtube channel as well and really excited to have this book. The photos showing the piping steps are easy to understand. Also, almost popular buttercream flowers are given in this book! Then you can use the proper tip for each flower!! Another interesting part of this book is the coloring part. You will know how to mix colors to have gorgeous color shades that will make your cupcake more sophisticated and delectable.

When I saw that the premier buttercream artist and cake designer at Brooklyn Floral Delight had a book coming out I couldn't wait to learn from the master and try my hand at her cream flowers. (I'm mesmerized by their Instagram).The instruction and presentation of this book live up to the consistent quality Jiahn produces for fans and customers daily through social media. Thank goodness I was not disappointing! The layout and design of the book is second only to the beautiful flowers pictured inside. The best and unexpected part is it has doubled as a coffee table book - I've already had so many great convos started by it during the holidays.I have been disappointing by my favorite artists in the past, but this book exceeded my expectations - the level of challenge is perfect and the instruction is clear. I bought this as a gift for so many people this past Christmas and I will always make sure I have a few in the closet for when I need a gift on short notice. I can't wait for Part 2 and hope she will follow up with instructional videos for those not able to take her classes in person!!!
