They went on my Ford E350 super duty van. Made a huge impromement in night time driving and visibility. Installation in my case was a little difficult as i had to transfer adapters from my old lights to the new ones. The leds had collars that need to be twisted and pulled off to install the adapters. Not really a fault of design. Otherwise very pleased

I purchased this H4 LED bulb for use in my 2014 Arctic Cat XF 8000 snowmobile. The item photos do not make it clear just how exposed the cooling fan is at the rear of the bulb. When I received it I saw the design of the cooling fan would make it susceptible to plugging with snow in my application, which I suspect would cause the bulb to malfunction and burn out. The construction of my snowmobile has the rear of the bulbs open to the elements and if I should pack that area with snow while riding in deep powder, would cause problems as described with this bulb. The bulb itself looked to be well made, and in an application like a car/truck or other vehicle where the rear of the bulb is mostly protected from the elements, or at least from heavy snow, I'm sure it would work just fine. For my use I found the design unacceptable, so returned it and ordered another model of Aukee LED bulb from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B081MB7H1C?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details ) that has the cooling fan mounted forward of the mounting flange, within the enclosure of the headlight housing. That design will protect the bulb from snow and hopefully allow it to work in my application. I did not install the bulb I am writing this review about, so cannot comment on brightness, or longevity. But I can advise that the return process for this item was painless, quick, and without issue. Thanks Amazon, and thanks Aukee.

The LED bulb is universal fit, which means it is a poor fit for all vehicles, maybe perfect for yours but not my 06’ Subaru. I had to Dremel out the plastic retainer ring so it would go over the fan housing, which left a deep gap so the power cord could follow the fan. I Dremel’d the plastic so it would tightly fit around the fan, but the cord has to go thru at the same time. It was OK, but it left a small gap around the light housing, which will probably let dust into the light chamber over time.Secondly, there is no sure way to tell if the light has seated properly, but a little wiggling and it seemed to go deeper.The OEM power lead has a clip that goes over a protruded tab on the light socket, but there is a slight gap, so it will just have to hopefully stay connected.DLR works!Nigh time check: the lights are nice and bright, a little flicker when they first come on, but i can live with that.Light beam is still a little blurry, so will try turning the lights a little in both directions to see if i can improve that.

3 years later only one side blew. The other bulb is fine... I'm buying these again.. super bright nice colors. Worth the money. 4 starts because the Humm a little loud.
