With large 54mm openings on both sides and featuring multiple filter capabilities, the Atik EFW2 can easily support sensors up to full frame (35mm) format. With a lightweight and slim profile, the Atik EFW2 is a slick design. For example, the distance between any Atik camera and the wheel itself is 0mm. Even at this measurement, users still have the possibility to rotate the camera to any desired position. Total extra backfocus needed will be only 22m. The Atik EFW2 features an ASCOM driver that enables use with any compliant software to control the filter wheel. For simple, easy and efficient operation, comes standard with Artemis Capture Software. Features Central support helps maintain firmness even when using heavier cameras. Featuring a closed design helps eliminate light leaks even in the presence of light-pollution. No need for LEDs, magnetic sensors allow precise positioning. Customers wanting/needing to use a threaded interface on the telescope-side of the filter-wheel will need to either use M54x1 threaded adaptation from another source or the Atik M54/M42 adapter, to reduce the interface to T-Thread.
