Adam's is a great company! The duplicates are very clear even 10 years down the road. This item is great for companies with few employees. I designate a book for each employee so you have an ongoing record of employment history.

It has just what I need to keep track of individual payroll

So pleased that Amazon carries this item. I have used this same payroll book for my small business for almost fifteen years. In the past I could only find them in an on ground office supply store.Now that I discovered them on Amazon I have a better option for re-ordering.Highly recommend for any employer with only a couple of employees and like having old fashioned carbon paper trails. Not suggested if you have more than a few employees as there are other options that would work better for you.Great price and fast shipping.

Easy to use

Has made my life so much easier! I hate doing payroll, but this book creates a nice, neat place to keep track of all of the payroll that is going out. my employees appreciate it too!

1 page does 1 week. Waste of paper because most of the items would be unused/left blank by the average payroll person. I was looking for something that did per pay period (for us that's 2 weeks). At $7, was fairly expensive & not what I needed. Should be more customizable.
