Does the part that holds the suitcase lock in place? I had another brand and when I put 1 breifcase on it, it would fold up w/ elastic tension.

The base of our Cloudz Luggage Cart pulls down and stays in place.

Has any divers had any experience with the cart to lug a double regulator bag (its getting to heavy for our aging shoulders)?

It would probably break. Very poorly constructed.

Squeeze the big button on top, then while squeezing push down. Then the horizontal bottom will fold up. Bingo!
