This happened just as the pan was being lifted off my induction job, which would have resulted in a very expensive repair, or a very nasty accident ending up in a trip to hospital.We can’t return it as we are both shielding so we will have to take the loss.

really is non stick, was not sure whether to order this as it isn't dishwasher safe, but it is so easy to clean as nothing sticks to it so it's not really a problem. So pleased with it I'm going to order the smaller one too

Nice pan with a nice balanced feel and very easy to clean but be warned, this is not suitable for induction hobs. The first time I used it the base buckled upwards. We now have a pan with a doughnut shaped base where any oil runs around the outer edge and the centre is high and dry!

I have delayed reviewing this to see how durable it is. Six months on it is starting to wear and lose its non stick properties but that is much better than so many of these pans and I have long given up on trying to find perfection. I would buy this brand again and no one is paying me to say this.

It is great to use as nothing sticks and it cleans easily with warm soapy water.

I've only had the pan a few weeks but to date it's proved to be a good buy. Nothing sticks when frying & it's very easy to clean - a wipe round with a soapy dishcloth & it's done. Not too heavy to lift & the one I bought - 24cm is plenty big enough for 2 portions of fish, steak, eggs etc. I recommend it & would buy again.

Since first use I discovered smell of burning plastic when i heat it up which is not acceptable at all.Otherwise its a nice handy product.

My only disappointment was i wanted a 20cm pan with parallel sides. The picture gave the impression the pan had parallel sides however when it arrived it was 20cm at the top but only 15 at its base. Its a good pan for the price but not really what i wanted. I could have returned it but decided to keep it . Hence only 4 stars.
