The pros: I liked the feeling of it, super comfy, and it is easily adjustable. Great sound, especially the bass. The cons: the cord is excessively long so I had to get an elastic band and make it shorter, and the only way to mute your mic is by physically lifting up the microphone there’s no button to mute

If you want a cheaper headset and wanted a astro, either get a more expensive astro or get a razer headset. Sound quality isn't great compared to my similar value corsair, but the mic is far better.

These headphones are simply astonishing sound wise and build quality, I am a person that believes in buy once, cry once.... and buy quality products. The sound is top notch and on par with $300 headphones I have!!!! Build quality is fantastic and I was actually shocked at how hefty they are made!!! As to the refurbished purchase I would bot buy again "MINE" came a little beat up and dull looking like a used car with a beat up paint job and some dings and scratches, which does not hurt the performance but they had some miles on them before being refurbished, quite simply once a product has been threw so many miles the refurb factor goes out the window and should be sold as used, bad condition. I could simply return and return until I end up with a "new" looking set but don't wanna deal with the hassle. Just an honest review and the reason for 3 stars was for the "refurbished" condition, and I am no means a snob but they still had human hair on the pads......
