The bottle exploded in my hand after I put hot water in it, let it rest for a few minutes and then closed the lid on it. I had been using it for hot tea, doing the exact same thing for a month. It had worked fine until it exploded today and made a mess of tea and blood.

A Great Product with Great Service!
After receiving the Topoko Tea infuser I thoroughly enjoyed taking it to work and having tea I thought I could only enjoy from home. However, after a few weeks of non stop use, I misplaced the filter in what I felt was the greatest tragedy that had befallen all of mankind. I honestly thought I was stuck with an ordinary water bottle. I later thought, I should see if the Topoko team would send me a filter, I knew it was a long shot and they would just make me buy another. But their representative Tony did an outstanding job with empathizing with my situation and sending me a new filter free of charge!! My overall experience with this product and the companies service has been extremely positive! If I could put more stars I would!
