Waste of money
It’s a hustle to clean and feed the chute, I was looking for a product that I will not have to chop before juicing but with this machine, dare put celery in it without shredding first, it gets stuck and at that point just to open it is stressful.wish I was able to post a picture of how the chute just busted out of nowhere while in use.Been trying to write them emails just to get another chute and no response whatsoever.

Almost perfect
There are many good things about this machine. Just wish that the masticator doest get stuck on the base as it makes it very hard to remove sometimes. Also, the strainer is not easy to clean.

Broken internal part with no warning while in use
A key internal part of the mesh assembly broke off without warning. Now I'm stuck with no idea what to do.
