PENGUIN Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Bureaucracy But Were Afraid to Ask

More please
I am expecting some sort of Check List or To Do list from such books written by honest officers to improve public administration in India. A simple and doable and fairly comprehensive plan. Unfortunately, this and many books are disappointing me. Expecting revised edition may have a chapter on reform plan. A chapter on file system should be kept as Annexure and not in main body. Overall, good book to know a perspective, though not rich in content as expected. NC Saxena book was marvellous from that stand point.

It's OK OK type Book. Not that good -Not that bad.
The Author T.R. Raghunandan has splendidly brought forward his thoughts in particular chapters like the Chapter 3 , 7 etc. I However, didn't found some of the chapters fascinating and was too mundane like the chapters 1, 2 etc. Although someone aspiring to be a Bureaucrat can give it a read in order to gain some valuable insights.
