This is a good budget plate. worth taking a look at if you need a bunch of now compatible plates.
These plates are pot-metal (if they are aluminum, it is a rough aluminum) but seem strudy. They are not heavy; they seem strong enough to hold a 5lbs+ camera and the locking system is durable enough. It comes with two screws standard 1/4 and 3/16th. Note, this is not a top-quality product, but it is also not a top price product. For what you pay it is well worth it.

Inexpensive, decent quality. One issue.
Like the price and decent quality. Quick release plate lock could be better engineered as it tends to wobble and “slip” when righting down the lock knob.

Superb Qulity
This is such a sweet deal. This product is of such a high quality that makes it hard to believe it sells at this price. It's comparable to products that cost 5 times as much. two thumbs up all the way.

Go with a well known brand!
At first it looks ok for the price, but after 2-3 times the nut went into the interior and i couldn't tight it anymore! it slips because the nut was not outside enough, so no more grip to be able to tight it! Waste of money!
