Didn't work for me
Bit of a mixed bag this one. I've been using my decathlon spirit 500 goggles for sea swimming. I love them, but the plastic lenses are prone to scratching due to the sand, and once the anti fog wears off, they are much impaired. Tempered glass lenses sounded like a bonus in my case, especially as I can wash them without worrying about the anti fog coating.I therefore wanted to love these, and they are close to being great. I found the silicone mask creates a good seal, the flat glass lenses are lovely and clear. They are heavy, but that doesn't matter in the water.Unfortunately I've given up on them and gone back to plastic goggles. 3 reasons:1. Fogging - even using the cressi spray these do fog up. Without an antifog spray they are unusable, they fog up even sat on the sofa.2. Because of the more solid nature, they don't flex like normal goggles, they ride up your face a bit due to breathing doing crawl. Even though I found the suction was excellent (sat on the sofa), once the riding up is taken into account, I found they started shipping water.3. Limited field of vision: this was the biggest issue for me. The lenses are small and set quite far from the eyes, surrounded by translucent but not transparent plastic. I found the field of view too small for open water swimming, which was uncomfortable and disorientating.Of less importance to me is that they are a bit bulky and look a bit geeky.

Pretty much scratch free
I don't like plastic lenses, especially when I swim mostly in salt water (and from a sandy beach) they end up just scratched even when carefully washing in bottled water after a swim. I've had the Galileo goggles before and thought they had been discontinued, I lost my last pair in a big wave in the face moment. Delighted to see I can still get them. Would recommend spraying with some antifog but that's pretty much true of all goggles. Great goggles.
