Powerful and strong.
Nice, strong and powerful. No chips or broken edges. Highly recommended.Only downside is the pole marker line is a drawn by a red permanent marker which rubs off easily.

This is not your average refrigerator magnet.
Purchased for testing jewelry and jewelry components for magnetic reactivity because I wanted to make jewelry for my friend who is an MRI tech and anything with even the slightest bit of magnetic reactivity is a huge no for her.For science, I tested a bunch of jewelry components individually with this magnet. Anything that did NOT react to the magnet, I sent to my MRI tech friend, with each piece individually bagged and labeled. There were probably 45-50 items. She tested all of them in two ways...both using the imaging facility's test magnet and then also placing directly into the bore. (this is the opening in MRI machine where human body part to be imaged is placed) Every single item that had tested negative with my magnet tested negative (MRI safe) in both tests at my friend's clinic. This leads me to the conclusion that this is an excellent and and very accurate tool. I still will have her test anything before determining it is 100% MRI safe, but I'm pleased with accuracy of my magnet.

Great for motorcycle. Traffic light changer.
Strong magnet but easy to remove.Use on motorcycle. Especially for traffic lights to sense your presence at stop light so they will turn green on you. Whether you are going straight or making left turns. I would recommend buying 2 and placing it near your rear wheels. NOT on your wheels but near the rear wheel SPOOLS.This only works if the traffic lights have the sensory wires embedded under the asphalt. I got tired of waiting for light to turn green. This seems to work.

Strength to size ratio
I'm a wet shaver and I often have 1/2 of a double edged razor blade sitting around. I bought this so I wouldn't set a razor blade where it will get lost and/or eventually found by accident along with cutting a finger. When I break a blade I store the unused half in its wrapper and attach it to the magnet. This magnet is perfect. The blades won't move. I have to slide them off. It doesn't work to pull them directly or it will bend the blade. It's very small so it fits on my shaving shelf and very strong so it holds the blade until I'm ready to slide it off and use it. The magnet big enough it won't easily get lost. One word of warning. I had one of these magnets and I let it get too close to another magnet. They slammed together and broke. Just be aware of how hard this will slam into something magnetic or worse yet, another magnet. I actually think you could get a nasty pinch.

Fantastic for nails!
I bought it to use for nail polishes and it is wonderful - extremely easy to use & grab the magnetic pigment to create lines, both curved & straight as well as a flare like effect while still retaining a strong, crisp line. Seen here with “Light My Fire” by KBShimmer.

I use this to hold allen wrenches to a band ...
I use this to hold allen wrenches to a band saw. Rather than search through a pile of hex keys, I keep the ones needed to make adjustment right on the saw frame. N45 is strong enough to hold wrenches in place but not too strong that pry bar is needed to get them loose. Tried a N52 and could practically pull the saw across the floor by the wrench. Currently looking for other places these could be used. Would buy again.
