Propolis is magic!
Wish more people knew about the benefits of propolis. Having kept bee hives in the past I used to chew on the raw propolis , mindlessly, just because it was there. Has a weird, herbal taste, not at all unpleasant. I did research on propolis later because it seemed to help with dental pain. I wish all toothpaste included propolis in the ingredients. Bee pollen is another wonder ingredient that I try to buy directly from bee keepers as I no longer keep bees.
