It's small and compact but very good at keeping things warm and cool, I do wish it was sturdier, (the walls slightly cave in while mounted on your back) but for the price, it is a great bag to begin bicycle deliveries.

If pushed this bag to the limit so far. I use it weekly to deliver and entire shopping cart of groceries and detergents to my mom and it has yet to let me down. Works well as a cooler bag for a few hours and you can extend the time by adding some small ice bags. Good for the price.

This bag was adequate for use as a food delivery bag for around two and a half months. After frequent use it began to break down. First the zippers came repeatedly off the tracks, and then the stitching gave out.Given, I ride a bike and used this thing a lot. I felt that the backpack was good for what I needed at the time, and if you are only going to use the pack as an ancilliary delivery storage unit or infrequently, I could recommend it. But personally, I wish I had invested a little more in a sturdier, better quality pack.

I got this for a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator that I was renting and it was invaluable for carrying up groceries, bottles of water and other stuff. Having the weight on my back made it far easier. Plus it freed up my hands to: a) carry other things; b) handle the keys and locks. The price is excellent for what you get. Also the insulation is pretty thick compared to a lot of insulated bags.

This is a great bag for traveling with food hot or cold. I deliver as a side hustle and this is a perfect size. It’s big enough to fit a 14” pizza when turned on it’s side and still zips closed. I’ve used it for about two weeks and seems durable but definitely keeps good hot and/or cold so I’m happy 😃

Very sturdy and doesn’t make items stay straight. Cup holders doesn’t hold drinks sturdy too. It looks soft and weak for medium to large packages. I wasn’t satisfied even though I still use it. I have to put card boards inside sometimes to make it a lil sturdy and strong.
