Small, not suitable for an adult cat. Not sisal! NO RETURN
I am absolutely unhappy about this cat tree. Small size, not even a sisal robe. Not stable. The worth that YOU CAN'T REFUND THIS USELESS ITEM. Avoid if you are planning to buy it for a normal size cat.

beautiful but defective
Aesthetically it's very pleasing. I bought it because it matches the wooden theme in my house. However, one bolt was too big to fit one of the platforms in. I tried all the other platforms but it wont fit with this bolt. I tripled checked to see if i used a wrong bolt elsewhere but everything was done correctly. I tried to initiate a return but it wont let me. It was within the 15-day period but maybe because it's a pet item? I reached out to the seller but no reply. So now I'm stuck with a defective cat tree with a screw jutting out. Not safe for the cats nor to kids. Will have to find a way to hide this protruding screw.

The product is small but sturdy
The product looks big but its actually small but at least It very sturdy and my cat weight around 8 pound could use it as a ladder to the window. She couldn't sit on any platform cause its too small for her.

Received the item next day after ordering. Easy to assemble, possibility to have your own configuration. The sisal rope is very hard with some sharp splinter.. don't see the cat using this as a scratch post. Other than that itis quite study, well made, stable (we put ours in a corner for extra stability) and so farthe cat likes it

Good quality
Love this tree. It's sturdy, my cats run and fly into it.They scratch it all over. My kitten loves to play with the balls.Smells like dry grass, which it is. So normal.Love it

Awful quality - a scam, it broke on the 1st day
Dissatisfied with the poor quality of the Tree.The description says luxury, there’s no luxury, terrible material, not useful for adult cats. It’s broken after the 1st scratch.I’ve called many times and they just don’t care.

Great product, my cat is happy
it is amazing, my cat totally loves it. He plays there, he sleeps there. It is so easy to fix it. Also a big plus, it arrived on the next day.
