WalbroK10-LMK Repair Kit
P**H
Original factory parts for Walbro LMK Carburetors, often used on Kohler Command motors.
MUCH BETTER THAN THE GENERIC KITS!After getting and having to return 3 other "generic" kits from other sellers, I had had enough. Those "generic" kits had inferior quality parts (like plain black rubber tipped gas valve needles instead of the ethanol resistant gray viton tips), the wrong size gas valve needles, or the wrong size bowl gasket.I researched and found out that the carburetor used on the Kohler Command 13hp motor on my John Deere riding lawnmower was a Walbro LMK carburetor.A quick search for rebuild kits found this one from Walbro. It has the necessary original factory parts to service their LMK carbs. If you are careful when you remove the air filter housing and the carburetor from the motor, you can re-use those paper mounting gaskets. That's the main difference between this kit and the ones from Kohler and John Deere -- their kits cost 2 to 3 times more and include those paper mounting gaskets.I recommend this factory original rebuild kit.

Works on my LMK model carb
Everything fits which is nice. Just wish they had a kit with all the replacement gaskets. I should get better at cutting my own.

fits good
DID NOT HELP ENGINE RUNNING

No needle seat
Sending it back, didn't even open the package. This is no rebuild kit. To rebuild the rubber for the needle needs to be included, most kit include two needle seats. One red and one black. Also there is no heavy spring on the K10 carb.

All data said *this kit* was for my my craftsman riding mower carb. with special LMK casting.
Returning this "official labeled package kit" for 2 reasons. 1) the needle is wrong size. A LOT Larger. The LMK casting, & engine model number on my Kohler 16.5HP mower both indicate this *kit* is for my carb. NOT so. I took pictures to show my rubber tip "needle" next to this kits all metal "needle". 2) Tested the float bowl O-ring that was smaller in mass & it didn't seal completely. Now I get to A) find a complete carb. to replace; 2) find a different "repair kit" or; 3) find a possible "needle" only kit for this carb as I also already got the float & its pin when I ordered this kit.
