Flamous Falafel Dip & Chips, Chip Falafel Org, 8 OZ (Pack of 12)

Very good. A little bit confusing, though, seeing it is just chips, and the title say "Dip & Chips". It's just chips, which is just what we wanted. No dip desired.

Just realized that they have started using corn in this product instead of just using the garbanzo bean (used in real falafel). Some of the spices have changed as well. I suppose it must cost less to use corn instead of garbanzo which is why the price has gone back down again. I'd rather have the original recipe, though. I'll keep buying them though as they are organic, gluten free and non-GMO - a hard combo to come by in packaged foods.

When I first tries these chips a year ago, I could not get enough. Another reviewer wrote that they changed their formula. I should have listened. Now I have a whole box of a dozen bags of chips that will probably sit on the top shelf of my closet for a long time. There are plenty of great tasting healthy chips available. Don't buy this one just because it is healthy.

I bought these on a whim at my local grocery store because I love falafel. While impressed with all the ORGANIC non-GMO stamps on the bag, the flavor just doesn't impress. Does not satisfy my falafel cravings. maybe it's the corn like the other reviewer said. Chick peas are not an expensive ingredient though. I don't think they put corn in falafel where I buy mine....
