The mug’s functionality is durable and very well designed. Good seal, maintains temperature for a good time.When I purchased it I thought that the outer design will be embossed and actual touch texture; however, it turned out to be a print that overtime will wash away if one using a strong sponge or detergent while washing.

Bought this, simply cos it was on my wish list for years and it was on sale… and glad I did.Looks stunning, keeps my drink warm, easy to clean (but I will not put it in the dishwasher), doesn’t leave a taste or smell. The lid just had a plastic vacuum seal thing that I wouldn’t trust if I dropped it, but is tight enough for drinking without leaks. But I actually like this, cos when the seal goes, I can still just use the cup part, as threes no screw in parts on it.So. Mucho impressed with this mug, looks stunning, feels great and works.

Love this! It's big, it's chunky and it looks great.It's too big for my car drinks holder is the only downside.To wash it's a quick dip in soapy water as it cannot be immersed in water or you break the Thermos seal. But it washes well, the print hasn't started to come off yet, used daily for 6 weeks so far.The drinks stay hot for a couple of hours, which is way longer than my previous cup (I drink coffee with no milk).
