I recently gave this to my 5 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! He uses it on a daily basis. The mirror suction cups to the vanity mirror or the shower wall so he can "shave" wherever he likes. It comes with a hair jell too that he also uses to come up with some VERY creative hairstyles. This kit has made taking tubbies, brushing teeth and combing hair more of an experience then a "task" for him. I have a very messy boys boy that now enjoys daily cleansing. Not only is it fun for him, but it gives him a sense of maturity because he gets to "shave" like an adult. Its made my life easier and his more fun. A great buy.

my son loves this set and is very excited to shave with daddy. Until a burning rash came in with the 2nd use of the shaving cream. that's when i took a close look at the ingredients. Propane, Methylisothiazolinone (which is toxic and linked to nerve damage apparently) and Phenoxyethanol (though they say safe in low doses and found in many everyday products including cosmetics, is toxic if ingested, again linked to nerve damage).though i'm sure these are all approved, safe levels of the ingredients, i just don't see why a childs product, that is to be applied to the face can't be made with more natural or safe ingredients.All i'm saying is that if your child has sensitive skin, this may not be the product for them. We still use the rest of the items but use alternate soap.
