Will return and hope that rare-ones Preise inkl can supply what I need for Christmas presents. This problem needs to be sorted out!

As many customers complained, we recieved the one with blue eyes. My little one wrote a last minute letter to Santa and asked for a cute, soft panda, so Santa ordered it as an emergency present from Amazon Prime and now, it is too late to send it back. But overall it is a nice cute panda.

I bought this for my girlfriend as pandas are her favourite animal, I expected it to be a little bigger (I didn't look at the dimensions, mistake on my part), but oh my god, when I opened the package it was so much cuter than expected and my girlfriend absolutely loves it!

I bought this for my son for Christmas. Very cute but he has had it for 4 days and we’ve found 2 holes in it already where the seams are not stitched properly. I have repaired it myself because he loves it and would be distraught if I sent it back. Not the quality i was expecting
