Q: Would this work on the fabric feet of a spiderman cosplay costume?

It worked excellent on my leather slippers I believe it would work on the costume for sure and if not just get some Gorilla superglue put something heavy on it let it dry it’ll stay on forever

The 2 measurements are close to being the same.

Q: How rubbery is it? Similar to softer hiking shoe sole rubber, or much harder than that?

It is very thin rubber, so quite flexible. It is not thick like a hiking sole, yet I have been walking on it for about a year now with little perceptible wear. You simply glue it on to your current sole. People will not be able to tell it is even there.

Q: I need this to adhere to leather bottoms, what should I use?

Shoe Goo. It holds better than anything else and lasts almost forever. Just be sure to clean and dry both surfaces and put some weight on the shoes while the Goo dries.
