Do you have after market puddle lights? If so then yes. If your trucks doesn't have puddle lights than I doubt it.

I just ordered for my 2013 Ford Fusion hybrid and all the lights do are solid for about 6 second and then start flickering. Why are they flickering

I'm not qualified to give you the correct answer but with I've read some articles on automotive LED lights its often a voltage/current issue. I have these installed on a 04 Expedition and the work great.
