Playable, but fake.
It's fine. But it's fake. You can still use it as the game you know and love, but it's not the same quality as the original and lots of spelling mistakes in the instructions.

Almost Clean
The exterior package has slight damages. It did not bother the inside, but it shows carelessness.I checked the inside, and it is all good, clean, fresh and lovely.
