Really like it!
Took a long time to arrive (ordered in November, arrived Jan 5th for me) but that was also due to provincial flooding. Despite other reviews my husband found it very simple and fast to assemble himself with directions. We noticed right away that we recieved a damaged ladder, but Amazon didn't have the replacement part in stock and told me to contact the store directly.They mailed me a replacement ladder for free which arrived today and is in perfect condition.I haven't heard any squeaking like others have said when my girl climbs up there, maybe it will make more noise with time. My daughter loves the slide and I'm looking forward to my baby sleeping under the bed (floor bed) when they're old enough to room share. Feels safe and fun for little kids.I bought some little baskets to hang on the side of the bed to hold my girls water, stuffies, favorite books etc. Also added some fun lights under the bed for decor.Overall really happy with my purchase, even with the delays and need for replacement Ladder.

It's a hit!
I LOVE this. It needs a thinner than normal mattress which I've ordered today which is fine I suspected as much. It doesn't squeak and the fact that it's all metal doesn't really bug me like it seems to bug other people. I can't wait to get the curtains for it!

Using as bunk bed, great value
Really good product for the money. Was easy to assemble, it took me a bit under 3 hours entirely by myself and taking my time while watching a tv show! The instructions were clear and easy to follow.I love that this product gave me a bunk bed option that wasn’t too high for younger kids. I fit a twin mattress in the lower level without any issue. It’s been in use for about 2 months now and still as sturdy as the first day.

Beware
I purchased this bed, first thing that went wrong was, someone else received my shipping info who was not a member of my household or had anything to do with my account. Second bed is pretty wobbly, the allen key was too small. Amazon has not reached out regarding this breach of privacy even though I contacted them a few time and spoke to two different people.

Poor custom service
It comes with a manufacturer screw defect which made me could not attach the safe guard to the slide. I contacted the custom service, they said they would mail me a new slide guard. However, they did not send the piece they said. I even do not know how to fix this problem. It is not easy to return this one when you almost assemble it. Be careful when you decide to buy it.
