Yes the product is concentrated. Yes, you will definitely want to dilute it with water before usage. This will make the product last a very long time. 1:256 (1 part product, 256 parts water) is the recommended dilution for a rinseless wash 1:128 is the recommended dilution for a waterless wash The easiest way to achieve the 1:256 dilution is to use a 1/2 oz of N914 for every gallon of water. So in a 6 gallon bucket, you'll want to use 3 oz of N914.
