Works well, but not designed for large projectors
My previous projector was fairly small, and only used three mounting points. I screwed the mount into the (vaulted) ceiling, hooked the arms up to the projector, and was in business fairly quickly. It worked well, and I was really happy with the adjustability. Then I bought an Epson 8350, and tried to mount it with the same hardware. I quickly discovered that the arms wouldn't reach the mounting holes across the projector without some aftermarket modification. A trip to Home Depot for some 2" mending strips (and screws and nuts and washers) later, and the arms are long enough to reach. The mount is happy on my ceiling, the projector stays in place, and all is well. One flaw that I did discover, which may be something to be wary of, is that one of the four arms that came with my mount seemed to have been misthreaded. I simply couldn't get the screw for the arm into it, whereas the others worked fine. It was a flaw worth docking a star for, as it struck me as a manufacturing defect. With most projectors, though, you'll be able to get away with only 3 mounting points, so it will likely be fine even if you get a bad arm.

Well made, comes with lots of screws, and a good value
This is a well made heavy duty metal product. It seems to fit both my mitsubishi and viewsonic projectors. It comes with lots of different mounting screws, which is a plus--I thought I would need to make a trip to the hardware store, considering that one of my projectors must be 10 years old (I bought it used) and the other less than a year, I was surprised. The sliding arm thingies are kind of fun to play with--like a spider with retractable arms--they help it fit a lot of different sizes.

It does the trick
I got this for my Epson - EX3212 projector. It didn't fit it exactly but still we were able to hold it up with two screws and the third one in the middle. It does the trick and its cheap. It seems strong and was very easy to hook up.

Sent the wrong product
Mount works fine, but buyer beware - I ordered silver mounts and received black mounts. In a time crunch to get a job done so I have to just go with them, but they look atrocious on my white drop ceilings with white projectors. If you purchase them make sure you have time to review them and send them back if needed to correct it before any job you are working on must be finished.

Inadequate instructions.
There are enough comments about lack of instruction so why does not the manufacurer correct the problem with some simple wording?Other than that, it is a good mount once you realize that you only need to use 3 of the holes on Epson 8350.

For small projectors only
This is a good looking mount, but lacks technical details. Yes, they say it is a universal mount, but don't list the projector mounting sizes. I have an Epson 8100 and the mount was too small. It couldn't reach the mounting holes on the projector. I had to order a new mount. Therefore I can tell you it looks and feels solid, but I was unable to use it and can not rate it on quality. If you have a smaller projector then this may work for you. The Epsons mounting locations are 13.5" at the greatest distance. This mount came a good 2"+ shy of that.So choose wisely if you have a mid to large size projector.

Compatible with Optoma HD20
This worked out great for me, seems good quality. Height isn't adjustable, but the low profile was what I wanted for a low ceiling basement room. I had to arrange the arms in an odd way because the projector only has three mount points, fairly close together, but it can be done. None of the several sizes of screws provided fit my projector, so I did have to pick those up at my local hardware store.

Works great
We hung our dell projector in our church recently, it was very easy, the only thing we had to change was the bolts sent were a little big, nothing that a couple washers and some new bolts couldn't fix!
