Essential Hot Tubs 24-Jet Devotion Hot Tub-Espresso, Seats 2-3 Including Lounger, Plug & Play(120 Volts)

Hot tub ran fine for the first year. The second year it had trouble starting on high speed but would start. Got worse the third year and would not run on high the 4th year at all. Replaced the run capacitor on the high speed side and did not fix it. Had to replace the motor which did fix the issue.

So far everything is awesome about this Jacuzzi. It's the perfect size. Super comfortable. Jets are powerful ,but quite. Cover is very nice as well. At this point I would highly recommend!UPDATEThe tub kept tripping the breaker after about three months. After some investigation turns out you cannot plug a ground fault plug into a ground fault electrical socket. After I had my electrician come and undoes his original work the tub still continued to trip. After contacting strong tub direct they had a local repair company come out and replace the motor. That lasted about two weeks and the same problem came back. Another call to strong tub and they scheduled the local repair guy to come out again. Keep in mind there are minimum 10 to 15 day gaps before they get back out. Finally they replaced the computer board and for the last month it's been ok with no problems.I still very much enjoy the jacuzzi. Strong Spas has definitely responded in a timely manner and the local repair place they suggested has done exceptional work. I still enjoy the jacuzzi and outside of the downtime in between it getting fixed still feel like it's a pretty good product.

The spa was delivered in a timely manner though the delivery company could have done a FAR better job. Undersized transport and the spa wouldn't fit on the lift gate of their truck so it had to be manually hauled down. Fortunately, I had a couple of people around to help. Once it was set, the conversion to 240 was very simple. I decided on a 60 amp 240v feed and all I had to do was pull a jumper wire during initial hookup. Tightened the unions, flushed the lines, filled and tested. Be sure you follow all of their directions - it's rather foolproof. No leaks and the unit heats rapidly. Controls are simple and the air control is simple and easy to manage. The light is a bit better then I expected and the unit is perfect for two adults. I'm 6'4" and it works perfectly for me. I'm not terribly experienced with spas, but the water has been simple to maintain, the jets are great, and my back has never felt better. I can't recommend this unit highly enough and I think you'll be pleased with your purchase.

I liked that it relaxed my muscles. It would have been nice if the seats had an arm rest for both of your arms. The seats and lounge chair could set a little deeper and the lounger could be longer for your legs. I didn't like how hard it was to put the cover panels back on after draining the antifreeze from the lines, which did not drain very well. We ended up using a shop vac. What we thought would take an hour to setup ended taking like three hours.

This is an AMAZING tub. Very good quality. As is the cover which tilts a bit in the middle to allow drainage of rain. Perfect addition to my smallish back patio. Delivery was early (nice!) and to our driveway on a pallet. We moved it with our 4 wheeler to the back patio. Then placed sliders underneath and push/pulled it into place. Electrical plug and utility door were located on pallet end of the tub so it was easy to maneuver it into the correct position (close to electrical outlet).

I ordered the spa from Amazon and it came missing items and the spa has a major leak. Had to call the manufacturer and now awaiting for a tech and the parts. Quality isnt there, hardly any insulation and the glue for the pipes is inadequate. Save yourself money and a headache!

Great buy. This hot tub has powerful jets. Easy set up. We have been using this hot tub for 6 weeks. Absolutely love it.
