Had my doubts but this stuff works
OK, DEEP purple pained anaglypta. I had my doubts this would do anything but with this and a "paper tiger" it has made short work of the job and i AM impressed.Preparation is the key and several applications may be needed but my steamer wouldn't touch it, dry scraping was a ball ache and this was a "for 20 quid, lets see" sort of purchase. Glad i did!!!

So good it's like witchcraft!
Incredibly easy to use.Mixed as directed. Applied using a garden pressure spray.60ml of this product mixed with 5l water.Sprayed, left for 10-15 mins. And then the paper just comes off.In my case I was removing the backing of a thick wallpapers. The day before I tackled a wall with a steamer, so I have an accurate comparison. The steamer took 20 mins to clear a similar area, and left hot gluey shards of paper stuck to everything. Using the steamer (which has been my technique for 20+ years) I estimate I had 8-10 hours work (prep, stripping, cleaning).Using this I was done in 2 hours.Area covered, approx 52 square metres - but this paper was very thin. I can see you easily needing significantly more for other types of paper. And this was a staircase, with multiple small areas, and a handrail - all very easy to spray (including behind the handrail) which would have been a challenge with the steamer. No harsh smells (although I ventilated the area). No mess or damage or staining that I can see.I ended up being so blasé that I stopped using the dust sheet to protect wooden floor and carpet, and simply wipwd it up (I'm not recommending this - but this is an indication of how easy this technique was).Anyone want to buy a wallpaper steamer? Used once and will never be used again!

Makes wallpaper striping that bit more bearable
Removing wallpaper is a miserable experience. There are no two ways about it.But, with this stuff suitably diluted and sprayed on the walls makes it that little bit more bearable. It does smell a bit of ammonia, but its not that bad when watered down.I liked this stuff so much, I bought 2 more bottles for the job at hand.

So impressed!
I was dreading removing wallpaper from a feature wall in my office, but this stuff is brilliant, exactly as other reviewers have said just soak it with a plant spray and it peels off, it’s actually quite pleasurable to remove! I used about twice as much as the bottle said I should have needed (2 litres mixed with 50g of mixture) but there’s still lots of the concentrate left. I won’t use anything else now!

Does not work on tough paper
It may be fine on very thin paper but don’t buy for tough paper like wood chip. It simply doesn’t work even following instructions for the strongest dilution.
