It has a bit of a weird smell at first, looks like a lovely blend. What ever it is that they put in there is magic, it works really well.

It works like magic, it's the first time in over tweny five years that I actually slept streight seven hours. I used to get two - three hours at a time, at best. I love that it's organic and beat any pills....... NO SIDE EFFECTS!

A Tea to Relax with
This tea is a perfect compliment to start relaxing and ending a busy day. I do not drink herbal teas normally, but this one I like. It has a light and easy taste and seems to settle down all the stresses of the day! Well worth the money!

A great choice when you want to relax
An excellent tea to rest your nervous system, whether before bed or anytime you feel stressed.Personally, I am not a fan of teas that taste solely of chamomile, so the addition of lemon and mint make this far more palate pleasing.The individually wrapped bags keep the tea fresh for ages.
